Chimney & Fireplaces/Chimney

Question
I have a great chimney with a combustion stove in it, unfortunately the room on the other side of the chimney stack remains cold. Is it possible to divert some of the hot air going up the chimney into this room on the back? I am thinking of a metal conductor of some kind that allows the air in the cooler room to be heated.

Answer
Hello Michael, I have seen where my customers have cut vents in the walls, ceilings and added fans to circulate the air to other parts of their homes? Is the heater installed and working properly? I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
