Question
I have a 12in. inside diameter terra cotta liner.  I want to install a 6 inch stainless flex liner with a rain cap.  Is ther a reducer or increaser I can use that will friction fit into the terra cotta or clamp on the outside  that will reduces to 6in. Or is there another way? Can you reccommend a supplier?

Answer
Hello Dennis, 1st question, why are you relining the flue? is this a fireplace? Oil/Gas flue? as far as supporting a liner they make a 13" X 13" top plate and then a storm collar and cap for almost every liner I have ever heard of.I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
you could try Lindermann Chimney Supply 877-722-7230 ask for Chuck
