Question
My entire chimney is sinking on one side and is starting to tear the roof apart.  Can it be jacked up,, and if so, approximately how much does this cost?

Answer
Hello Carle, you will have to check with an engineer to see if you can "jack it up" when A chimney moves like this it means the foundation of the chimney is not as good as it needs to be, you might have to tear down the whole chimney and rebuild it correctly.
