Chimney & Fireplaces/Through the wall chimney

Question
I plan to install a wood burning stove near the basement wall.  The exhaust
will not go straight up through the roof.  Instead, the chimney pipe will go
through the wall at an angle to the outside vertical chimney pipe.
Will the angle (say 30 degrees) make the fire hard to light?  Will the fire get
proper draft?  Will the efficiency of the stove be decreased by the angle?
Thanks for helping me.  Bill

Answer
Hello William, what does the stove manual say about the chimney?, most will state "straight as possible" what is this "outside vertical chimney pipe? this does not sound right, is that "chimney" for a wood stove (you can not combine this stove with an other wood stove, oil, gas or any thing else)
I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
