Majestic Insta-Flame G  

QUESTION: There is a milky film on the inside of the glass on my Majestic Insta-Flame gas fireplace(model DVR33 RN).  I would like to clean it but can't seem to figure out how to get at that side.  Can you please help?

I recommend a product called White Off by Rutland.

I'm not sure where it might be available in Canada, but I would try your local hearth store.

Now, can you tell me how to get the door off so that I can clean the inside?

Hi C,

I believe there are simple retaining tabs on that fireplace that hold the glass in place.

You have to loosen nuts/bolts/screws to remove the glass from the appliance.
