Question
I HAVE A PREWAY FIREPLACE.   IT IS 24 YEARS OLD AND HAS DEVELOPED A CRACK IN THE BACK AND BOTTOM OF THE REFRACTORY BRICK.   I KNOW I CANNOT BUY THE EXACT REPLACEMENT PANELS BECAUSE NO MORE PREWAY BUT WHERE CAN I GET UNIVERSAL  MATERIAL I CAN CUT TO FIT OR IS THERE A CEMENT OR CRACK FILLER I CAN USE?????   JAKE W. BROOKS

Answer
Hello Jake, I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help either find the originals or the after market.
Hope this helps
