is it possible to get pipe to bring a 1978 installation for a fireplace chimney to change from the old chimney wrap to just the pipe on the roof top. the pipe needs to be taller than what it is. we would need the boot ,collar and cap.

I know that where I am in Canada, if we are adding pipe to existing pipe it has to be same model (or else it won't fit together and doesn't pass our building code).

to find the flashing and storm collar should be easy and any fireplace store should be able to help you. I would also ask them if your allowed to add a new pipe onto and existing one.
