what is the procedure for installing chimney through cathedral ceiling @ 1/12 pitch roof and flashing procedures?  roof is probably 3/4 in. plywood and rubbertop.

Hello Rick, 1st check with your local building department, I am not the best Roofer (I am a great chimney sweep)you might want to call a roofer into cut the hole and set the flashing. or I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
It can be very difficult or very easy and one size may not fit all on this one.
