Hello,
I have a Martin Industries Model Number DBC36 fireplace.  I still have the Installion, Operaton, Maintence manual. Cannot find them or a distributor for replacement parts to the fireplace that was installed in July of 1987.  These parts were suppose to be under warranty for 25 years.  Please advise. Thanks

Hello Terri, sorry for the bad  new but I believe they are out of business, some one might have bought them out but I would not know where to start to find them.
I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help some replacement parts can be generic.
