Question
I am told that an air box must be put in the wall from the out side in when installing a cinder block chimney in pennsylvania its a state law and where do I buy one.THANK YOU ED

Answer
Hello Edward, not sure what you are asking about ( I am in NY/CT) but check with your local building department, it sounds like you need a "fresh air intake" to feed the fireplace? and your mason should know where to get this, maybe your local Stone cement supply yard they are made of Stainless steel. theses where designed to help with smoking fireplaces and but never gave as much "fresh air" as needed to over come most homes negative pressure issues.
hope this helps
James
