Where can I find parts for an old galvanized air cooled triple wall chimney?

Hello Nick, hard to say, you need to find out what type of triple wall pipe is it? you can not  mix and match it you must use the same pipe you have now. if you can not find the same replacement pipe then it all must be replaced (life span on these type of chimney 25-30 years)
YOu need to look on the old pipe and see if it has a "manufacturers tag" and size and model number.
You can not "make" these parts they must be OEM.
