Chimney & Fireplaces/Water leaking between flue skins (3 skinned flue)

Question
We live in rural NSW, Australia. Bought a new wood fire and flue in June this year. Since then have had water (rain) leaking between the skins. The water seems to comes down between three (outside) and two (middle) skin. We sealed the outside skin and on insulation and have rechecked it, the weather cap is in place. Any help on fixing this annoying problem would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello Rosemary, I am not familiar with this type of installation, "wood fire and flue" is this a wood stove and liner?  "leaking between the skins" is that the flue tiles or liners?, if it is a water leak maybe get a roofer out to take a look. Have you tried to contact a chimney expert or wood stove store?
good luck
