I have a Kozy Heat firplace made by Sundance. Remote control was made by Majco Industries. Trying to find a replacement. Tried one supposedly universal remote but it didn't work. Unable to find a replacement. Any help?

Hello Alan, not sure what you have (I have never heard of this fireplace) I checked my one supplier for these type of "out of production" items and he never heard of it either. there are literally dozens of fireplace manufacturers and hundreds of different models over the years, so trying to track down some thing like that can be almost if not impossible.
Maybe check your local wood stove store they might have sold it to the last owner.
