WHERE CAN I BUY FIREPLACE CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS? I NEED A HEATFORM    TYPE FIRE BOX ,FANS ,& GRILLS

Edward, I believe they are out of business, they are not listed on the National Chimney Sweep Guild's web page and it is not uncommon  that fireplace manufacturers go out of business.
if you have to replace parts  and can not find them you might have to replace the entire system and you can not mix different parts.
