Chimney & Fireplaces/log burner /smell

Question
Hi James . My log/multi fuel burner and chimney will be 2 years old in April 2010  I have used logs and solid fuel nuggets .When i light it now it smell smoky even with the doors of the burner shut the chimney is built out of the Anki block liner system. any info would be helpful

Hello Cheryl, did you check to see if it needs a cleaning? and talk to the manufacturer? I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
