Question
Hi-
7 years after the installation we found out the flue was installed incorrectly and is now damaged. Does anyone carry Temco parts or do we have to replace the whole firebox and flue?

Answer
Hello Gillian, I believe that Tempco is out of business and parts are almost non existent. I would say to contact any fireplace/wood stove store in your area (they might have installed it) to see if they can still service your unit.
you may have to replace the entire unit top to bottom.
I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
James
