Hi, are there any known reliability or safety problems associated with True Heat manufactured fireplaces in general and/or the True Heat HS 36 in specific? Thanks.
Shaun, I have not hear of any, but as with any fireplace, I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help to see what condition it is in.
