Question
hi
my mum decided to have a go at self sweeping
the problem is when she had the long pole thing up the chimney
she turned it the wrong way and the pole came down minus the brush head, is there any way you can think of we can get it out?

Answer
Hello Ross, the brush has to go up or down, can some thing on a rope be dropped down? or a rod with a hook and pull it down, or I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
James
