Question
I have a forced air oil furnace with a 35' exterior insulated chimney# For some reason ice is forming all around the clean-out# The temperature in the pipe to the chimney #at the basement wall# is approximately 360°# Service calls = 3, Results = 0

Answer
Hello Dan, is there a crack in the boiler, has it been tested? it there a leak in the cap or is there a cap? have you had "driving rain that might have gotten rain down the chimney?
I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
James
