Chimney & Fireplaces/Wood Stove pipe

Question
I am installing a Napoleon 1400 wood burning stove in my basement.  I want to go "through the wall" for the chimney.  I couldn't find in the manufacturing specs if i need to put a thimble through the concrete part of the wall?  I have the thimble for the combustible part of the wall: sheet rock, studs etc.  But wasn't sure what i had to do when putting the pipe through the concrete wall.  Thanks.

Answer
Hello Todd, double check with your local building department, the chimney must have a solid thimble for the pipe,I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
