Marco Fireplace
Dear James:
I am a building contractor and we are remodeling a fireplace. The existing zero clearance unit is a Marco DF-40-1. I am looking for a source to replace the existing face and doors with a brushed nickel front. I want to replace the whole front. I have enclosed a picture of the existing unit. Thank you for any help you can provide. Jake

Hello Jake, I am 99.9% sure Macro is out of business and even if they were still in business I have never heard of a "brushed nickel finish" on that make or any pre fab fireplace system. You can not install any one else's glass doors or front, even if you have something custom made to fit over that unit as it will change the units heat production and radiation and could cause a fire.
Im sorry best you can do is repaint with high temp spray paint (might have funky fumes even as it cures)
