Question
We have a potential customer with a Martin Ind. fireplace which needs the rusted chase cover and cap replaced.  The markings are SF36,SCF36, SIG36 (?).  Any thoughts if we can locate a replacement?  Thanks

Answer
Hello Linwood, If it is just a chase pan cover then you can have that replaced by any one that can make one, copper, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and galvanized. I use only copper or SS, here are a couple of places that make them, Olympia Chimney (800-569-1425) and Life Time Chimney (877-234-7473) you will have to give them the exact measurements, they can help you. then maybe a Weathers sheild cap when done.
