Question
I have water leaking on to my wood stove , i just had it installed last summer. and it was good until now. i went into the attack and there is no water leaking from the roof or flashing, but there is water leaking from the ceiling roof support on to the stove. how can this be ? thanks marv

Answer
Hello Marv, water is a hard thing to find, you might have to run a hose on the roof (start low in a gutter and over flow it and move up in increments, till you find the leak, some times it can be coming from an other area all together) I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
James
