Chimney & Fireplaces/replacing fire box ceramic liner

Question
Where can we purchase the liners for a prefab fireplace made by
Tim Tex?  it cracked on the back tile after a tree limb broke threw a adjacent wall during a tornado.  We didn't realize it was cracked until months after the other damage was repaired.
I have the model # etc, but have been unable to locate the company or anyone with parts.  The inside part of this fire place ( what shows in the living room) is brick and 20 ft high.
We don't want to have to mess with that in order to replace the fireplace it's self.  Thank you.

Answer
Hello Sema, not sure what you have there, maybe a picture?  It sounds like a this is a "brick face" that may not be part of the fireplace system, I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep www.csia.org, (there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have, they should be able to help.
Hope this helps
James
