Question
I recently received an estimate for a new chase cover . Our current situation is in bad shape (water damage) and I would be willing to share pictures. After hiring a local company, I was told the chimneys were clean but the chase definitely needed to be replaced to prevent further water leakage/damage. ‘Local Company’ presented the following options: $829 stainless, $750 aluminum, $692 galvanized. Pricing includes cover, labor, shipping and tax. In your professional opinion are these reasonable prices?
