Question
In a 65 year old house with a new owner, we lit one of those auto-lighting logs in the fireplace. After about 1.5 hours, the smoke filled the living room instead of going up the chimney. According to the real estate disclosure, it has a new flue and cap; but no other problems were disclosed. It seems as if there isn't enough draw up the chimney. Any hints of things to check?
