China & Hong Kong/Pencils in China

Question
I want to buy 20,000 pencils from a factory in China, I am looking to source these cheaply. I am in Australia & I want to help Orphans over the world who are having to share pencils. Please assist me if you know of any good factory outlets whereby I can source pencils form China fatories.

Hi,

If your experienced working with Chinese factories, then I recommend you use some online sites such as www.globalsources.com to identify a potential supplier, perform sourcing analysis, arrange the logistics, and then ship your product.  You should contact with a 3rd party QC company to arrange inspection of the product before shipment.

If you don't have any experience with buying from China you should contact a company who is in China who can guide you through the process and handle the quality control.  I would suggest you take a look at this company: www.intouchquality.com.  They can handle your project from start to finish for a fee.  If you prefer to work with the factories directly, they can arrange a 3rd party quality inspection prior to shipment.
