Hi. Some questions about Shanghai
1. How is the weather and clothing in November?
2. What and where is budget accommodation and how much it costs?
3. Is visa-electron card used in Shangahi?
4. What are main sightseeings?
5. What are close cities with historical importance?
6. Where is the place for prostitutes in Shanghai? Is it not dangerous to approach them? How much do they cost? (sorry for this question!)

Hi Tom,
I can answer 5 of your 6 questions.  The 6th one I don't think is appropriate for this site.

1. The weather in November is around 10 degrees C.
2. You could get away with paying around 150-200rmb for fairly cheap hotel.  Best to look on www.elong.net.  They usually have great deals.
3. Visa is accepted through most of China although not as much as most other countries. Most major shopping centres will accept it but not so much little shops.
4. The Bund, Zhujiajiao old town, Old French Concession, Jade Buddha Temple, Pudong District
5. Wuxi, Yangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou.  All are beautiful cities/towns not too far from Shanghai.  Most probably recommend Wuxi and Hangzhou if you are short on time.
