Hi Nilesh,

I'm writing to enquire if I was to arrive in Hong Kong at 12.55pm, and have an arranged meeting in Shenzhen at 4pm, will I be able to make it in time for the meeting?

Considering that I will stay in Hong Kong for another week after the meeting in Shenzhen and will be staying in Shatin, do you i think i can first check-in in the hotel in Shatin, before leaving for Shenzhen?

Which transport and route would you suggest to take?

Hi Jazz,

There are several trains a day from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. I think you will have to start a little earlier than 1255 pm. There may be some formalities at the border with Hong Kong and Shenzhen and I don't know how much time it will take. Why don't you check with your meeting hosts at Shenzhen who may have the latest information about these issues.
