Experience I was born in China and grew up in the US. I've attended Chinese school for 6 years in NY while growing up. I've passed proficiency in the language at the University of Pennsylvania. A lot of translation services can translate the character if you are able to input it in Chinese. However, if you do not know how to input the character in Chinese, I'm not aware of any websites that can translate without that element. You may send me a picture of this letter and I'll see if I can help.
