Question
Hi,
This anvelop arrived and I don;t understand what it says on the postage stamp. Can you tell from the image at the following address, when this envelop was posted?

Image of the stamp: http://img2.timg.co.il/forums/1_147955807.jpg

I appreciate your willingness to help. I am considering volunteering myself in fields where I can contribute.

Thanks in advance,
~Azaria.

Answer
Hi,
Well, this is not a postage stamp; it is just something printed on the envelope indicating that 100,000 of these envelopes were printed in May, 2010, together with some additional information about where they were printed. No other dates, and it doesn't have anything to do with when the envelope was mailed.
