Chinese/Chinese Label Translation?

Question
Plastic Chinese Label
Plastic Chinese Label
QUESTION: Dear Nicola,

I was hoping that you may be able to translate the two characters on this plastic label.  I have included 3 images, one of which was taken with a microscope.  I don't even know if the characters are Chinese, but I am assuming so.  I believe the top 3 characters are letters and appear to be 'H N - I', but the bottom two characters appear to be symbols of some sort.
The label is very badly scratched, but I was hoping that you may still be able to give me a guess as to what you think the symbols are.
Thanks so much in advance, and if it is not Chinese then I apologize!

Best Regards,
Hillary

ANSWER: Hi Hillary,

I can't make out the image, do you have a clearer picture that you can send?  I would love to help you with the translation, but I can't see the characters clearly in this picture.

QUESTION: Nicola,

Unfortunately that is the best quality picture I can create...
Oh well.
I appreciate your interest!

Thanks,
Hillary

Answer
Hi Hillary,

I would love to be able help you, but really can't make out these characters.  They do appear to be Chinese in form, I just can't make out the exact characters.  Maybe you can try manipulating these images in Photoshop and we can try again.
