Can you please translate the characters and subject of the picture

Hi Thomas,

The four bigger characters on the right read "river bank winning scene", meaning beautiful scene on the river bank.

The three ones one the left read "Ji3 Chou3 year", indicating the year when the painting was done. This is a Chinese traditional way of recording the year, which is explained here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ganzhi  In short, Ji Chou year can be 2009,1949,1889...(the interval is sixty years).
