Thank you for providing a very interesting graphic.
I have to admit that I am not professional enough to express an expert opinion thereon. However, I am inclined to believe that the graphic is an Egyptian hieroglyph. I attach an image file of a 1972 Egyptian stamp, wherein you will see some fairly similar graphics.
