What does "以游离基计" mean in English, regarding lab chemical testing.
as well as "以F计"

I am reading a document that hasn't translated these phrases and need help.

i'm not a chemical specialist, so i really doubt if i can help you with this, but generally, "以游离基计" means "measured or counted by the amount of 'free radicals'". without context, I got no idea what "F" means in "以F计", basically it's saying "measured or counted by the amount of 'f'".
