hello, i was just wondering if you could please give me the recipe to hot and sour soup. like chinese buffet style with tofu.

hello Justin!

chef Wu here. making hot and sour soup you will need shredded pork
bambooshoot strip,and chinese black mushroom,salt,chille sauce,
soy sauce,tofu,vinegar,corn starch. first boil your water put
your shredded pork,black mushroomand bambooshoot inside let it cook until pork is halfway done then, use chicken broth let it boil
then put all your items inside then add your ingredents.
then put corn starch last to make it thicken. don't forget to
add water to your corn starch don't put the whole powder inside.
