Question
I saw "gold fingers" on a Chinese takeout menu I had, but the people who work at the restaurant can barely speak English, so I turned to the Internet. Honestly, my boyfriend and I (both with Masters degrees) searched with absolutely no success. What exactly are they? Thanks!

chicken Feet that you see in Dim sum restaurant. sorry this is
