Hi. Can you tell me if Sweet and Sour Chicken is really authentic Chinese food? I mean, if I go to Hong Kong will I find that on the menu in the restaurants there. Thanks

Swwet and Sour cheicken is not an authentic chinese food
it's something that our chinese restaurant ancestors invented
I'am sure if you goes to Hong Kong there ought to be a restaurant
that sells what we sell (food wise) in the states. this what I do
b4 you sit down, at the hostes section.ask them do they sells
sweet and sour chicken if they ask you what's that most likely they don't sells it. hope this help! if you do goes to Hong Kong
try Dim Sum they are heavenly good eat plenty for me please?
