Question
Dear Mr Wu
First of all let me just tell you that I think your just grand ! Now for my question. I was in Beijing not so long ago , and went to a famous duck restaurant. I ordered (not a surprise) the whole duck . when it was served the chef who brought it out carved it for me , and asked if I wanted the beak. I said yes , but to this day i have never figured out how to eat it ? do I just stuff that bad boy in ? or should I conform to some sort of eating code ? Please help

a answer to your delima. eating Duck Beak doesn't have special ways to eat that bad boy just eat it like you would with the rest of the Duck meat, just like Sushi you can use your hand or use chopstick to pick it up
I hope you had a grea time in Beijing,China next time you there again please eat some more Duck for me
