Question Hello Chef Wu,
We're going back quite a few years but this has been something which has always played upon my mind. As i walked through the hussle and bustle of China town in Sydney Austrailia back in 2000 i was approached by a asian man who whispered into my ear "chinese lunch", i believe he was trying to entice me into his fine establishment of which i cannot remember the name of. I carried on my way exclaiming to the man that it was far to early for a chinese lunch (it being about 9:30 in the morning). On my return to my hostel i passed the same man who once again approached me and whispered this time into my ear; "Special Lunch". The question i pose to you Chef Wu is this........What is a special lunch and why would it be served at breakfast time??????
