QuestionCan you let me have just a basic no nonsence sauce that I can add to my stir fry when nearly done please. I am doing chicken stir fry

this is Chef Wu how are you? thank you for your question. try this, you will need soy sauce,corn starch,seaseme
oil,sugar,Garlic Powder and white pepper. you need a separate cooking Pan for this sauce because you want to make this suace on the side then pur it in with your Chicken Stir Fry pan or Wok whatever you are using.pour all those ingredent into a cooking Pan. heat these ingredent then pour Corn starch inside to thicken. make sure you add water to corn starch before stir with sauce, then remember to stir corn starch in the sauce otherwise it will become chunks of corn starch you don't want that to happen. as far as measurement on these ingredent depend on how much sauce you want to make. hope this helps Happy Thanksgiving!
