i was in a very nice chinese restaurant with some friends, they ordered a dish with snow pea leaf, im not sure if it was sauteed
or what kind of oil they used. PLEASE HOW DO I COOK SNOW PEA LEAF??

hello Rita! how are you? thank you for writing to me, Snow Pea Leaf is one of my favorite chinese Veggies.
you are correct you just sauteed them with garlic,cooking wine,salt,MSG(if you are not alerged to them)
and seaseme oil. you don't have to stir fry them too long because they are very tender veggies so don't over cook them
