Chinese Cuisine/Chinese Roast Pork

QuestionChef Wu,
I have been trying to do Chinese Roast Pork without much success. The hardest part is to make the skin crispy and golden brown.
Do you have a special recipe for me ?
My friend said I could not roast it using an electric oven. Is that true ? Does it require special oven ?

how r u Sir? this is Chef Wu, your friend is right about the oven
electric oven at home can't not cook Chinese Pork mainly is because
it's not hot enough, if it's not hot enough the skin on the Pork
can't get crispy. I'am so sorry I don't have a recipe for you on the
Rost Pork because I don't make them myself I go buy them!
