I recently visited an authentic Cantonese Rest. here in NYC and my husband who is American ordered plain roast duck that came with a simple ginger dip. I am guessing the ingredients are ginger, salt, scallion and oil(not sure what kind). Have you ever heard of this ginger dip? If so, can I have the recipe as he wants to make it at home. Thank you

I don't cook Cantonese cusine and all the ingrident that you listed sounds right. but make sure you chop your ginger sorry that's about all I can advice you on this subject. thank you for your question!
