Chinese Cuisine/Grass jelly


I'm in a big mess, have bought a pack of grass jelly powder (ingredients: mesonia chinensis, starch) it's 100g but the instructions on the packet are just in Chinese.

I think that will need to be mixed with hot water and that should be enough to make the jelly. Can you give any advice like how much water? If it needs sugar?
