Hi Louis

No matter how often I cook Chinese Receipes at home, they never taste the same as either food in local Chinese Restaurants or from local takeaways. I have bought all the proper ingredients from the Chinese Grocer even MSG but still the food never tastes as good. Any suggestions.

Marry Christmas! Chef Louis here. thank you for writing
to me the reason being your food taste diffrent from ours
in chinese restaurant is because we use a very strong
gas range versus weak gas range in the house that make the world of diffrence.for example I can cook a dish of fried
rice in 3 mintues top I know you couldn't do that at home. I don't know you notice or not it's cheaper you purchase from us then you cook at home? and it taste better?
