What are some of the customs of this culture i.e, what kind of 'traditional' food they may eat, how they come together as a family and have meals, and anything else that could be counted as a custom.

HI! Chef Wu here how are you? our chinese traditions food that we eat when having family gathering would be mainly fish and lots veggies deserts made out of rice.
and soup is one of our biggest dishes that we enjoy the most especially Shark Fin Soup you probably hear that terms
before. and doing chinese new years we shoot plenty of firworks like here in the state doing Fourth of July.
and then again lots rice cakes, noddles etc...!
