Question
I am interested to know if there is such a Chinese Dessert as "Fried Milk" ? or is this just one of the Restaurants own recipe? if there is such a dessert, is the "Milk" Soya?

Chef Wu here, I have never heard of fried milk b4 I'am wondering where you have this dish at? think of it this way
you can't fried anything that is liquid otherwise the
oil in the pan will burn you first. hope this help
