QuestionHi, could you please tell me how to cook the green beans that I eat in Chinese restaurants? I love them. They are crisp-tender with seasonings and so good.

lets find a answer for you, first as you know you need to go buy green beans at your local market. then you will need to deep fry them about 30 seconds then have your wok or pans ready make sure it's hot then splash two teaspoon
of oil then,chop green onions, half garlic chop.cooking wine put all these items together then flip them few times
add salt,pepper, and MSG if you are not allergic to it
then add seaseme oil after you flip these green beans a few time. then your meal is serve! hope that help Sue.
