Hi Louis,

We are European Americans. So we don't know anything about Chinese cooking. However, everyone in my family loves Chinese food so much and we tend to go out to Chinese Food Restaurants a lot. My wife is a great cook. However, she can't seem to master cooking good Chinese food using a Wok. She buys canned Chinese food in American grocery stores and it doesn't taste very good at all.

Should my wife go to special Chinese grocery stores to buy fresh Chinese food rather than buy canned Chinese food?

Please give me your advice on how my wife can cook good Chinese Food at home.

i would suggest your wife go out and purchase chinese veggies in your chinese food market if you have one close
by or you can get to. I don't buy can prepare types of chinese food myself either because I love to cook fresh
chinese food instead of microwave chinese food.
